Frutos: "Hesitated too long for surgery"
Wednesday Frutos finally underwent surgery after a minor but annoying heel injury. The timing of the surgery received a lot of criticism. "I have hesitated too long to get operated," admitted the Argentinian.

"I've had trouble with my heel since six months ago. Wednesday I finally opted for surgery. If I postponed it any longer, the injury could've become worse. I didn't want to take that risk."

Frutos to return in September
Frutos' recovery from achilles surgery is going according to plan. The tall striker is making progress and is expected to return to fitness in September. Manager Van Holsbeeck is hoping for a quick recovery of the Argentinian.

"Frutos should be fit by September. We won't force anything but we can certainly use him," explained the manager.

As a result of this the club has ended its search for an additional striker. "We have plenty of strikers and with the return of Frutos approaching we don't need an extra one."

8月8日，恢复情况良好，有望9月份重回赛场。

Biglia: "I'm able to become a leader"
Lucas Biglia has become a key player in his first season for Anderlecht. "I've learned a lot in only one year in Belgium. I want to become a leader here", the talented midfielder states.

"I'm only 21 years old and I know I still have to learn a lot. That is also the reason why I want to stay here in Anderlecht. I can still make progress in every aspect. But above all, I would like to become a more attacking player. If I can improve my timing, I'll be able to score more goals", the Argentinian player says.

Anderlecht are challenging Turkish side Fenerbahçe in the third preliminary round of the Uefa Champions League. Anderlecht will play in Istanbul on August 14, two weeks later they will be playing in Brussels.

1.阿根廷后卫佩莱亚在8月6日训练中肌肉严重拉伤，已缺席本周的比甲联赛，很有可能缺席对费内巴切的冠军杯外围赛。

2.比甲联赛第二轮，安德莱赫特主场1比0小胜Lokeren。比赛中安德莱赫特机会不少，但直到最后时段才由Mémé Tchite攻入制胜一球。

安德这边没有小佛，小比和小佩都不一定能上场。总之今晚的资格赛真是严重的考验~~
