The Atletico players give green light to Volkswagen Race Tour
Initiative promoted by the club along with Castellana Wagen
Green lights for the ninth edition of the Volkswagen Race Tour. The Atletico Madrid players were responsible for opening the initiative promoted by the club and Castellana Wagen on Monday 26 November, in which customers of the brand will have the exclusive opportunity to drive the latest developments of the German car company until next Friday the 30th.
In lovely surroundings as the Jarama circuit, Diego Pablo Simeone’s men became pilots for a day to test new models the Golf Cabrio, Volkswagen Beetle and Touareg. An unforgettable racing experience where players were let loose on the tracks, testing the most advanced technologies and the power of the German carmaker.
After a brief lecture and driving advice, the Atletico players showed their skills behind the wheel performing various tests of skill, speed and braking with the help of a monitor. Subsequently, the stars of Atletico Madrid did several laps of the circuit, in the company of an instructor and the first customers selected for this new adventure Race Tour.
The event was chaired by Miguel Angel Gil, CEO of Atletico Madrid, joined by Antonio Alonso and Guillermo Moraleda, general sales manager. From the official car brand of the club were Fidel Jiménez de Parga, national sales manager of Volkswagen, along with Jose Antonio Jimenez, commercial director of Volkswagen and Luis Reyes, manager of Castellana Wagen, among others.
The members of the first team of Atletico inaugurated the Volkswagen Race Tour, an initiative of Club Atlético de Madrid and Wagen Castellana bringing adrenaline and emotion thousands of customers of the car brand. Two thousand people turned into professional drivers, testing the cars. Warm up for the Volkswagen Race Tour, and get ready for the green light.

Party time in the Calderon
Beating Sevilla by 4-0 • Falcao scored his 50th goal for Atletico
It was an important game and Atletico rose to the challenge. Goals from Falcao, Arda, Koke and Miranda were enough to give the victory to Atletico against Sevilla, extend ing the extraordinary record at home. Simeone’s men have picked up the 21 points that have been up for grabs in the Calderon as well as winning all their games in the Europa League, with the last defeat coming back last April.
Atletico were quick out of the blocks and looked hungry from the beginning to the match. Juanfran and Filipe pushed hard down the wings to give an extra attacking edge tothenhome side. Inside the first 10 minutes, the Brazilian Diego Costa had an header on goal but it went wide. Simeone's men continued to search for the opener and duly got their rewards in the 19th minute. Fazio brought down Koke and the referee pointed to the penalty spot. Falcao stepped up and sent Palop to one side as he smashed it down the centre putting his team ahead with his 50th goal for the club. Referee Iglesias Villanueva sent off Fazio and Sevilla were reduced to 10 men.
Despite the goal, Atletico kept looking for more chances. Arda continued to provide the balls for Falcao and Diego Costa ad it was Arda who forced the second goal, his pass deflect in to Palops goal to double the lead.
Other team might have stopped there, but not Atleti, just two minutes after the second goal, Koke got the third after the delivery from Diego Costa, sending the crowd in to a frenzy.
The match was all Atletico and Falcao, Arda and Diego Costa all had chances to make it 4-0 but they had to wait until the 90th minute as Miranda took advantage of good work from Arda to turn home a rebound.
The game was complete. The Calderon sent it’s warriors home as Atletico continue on the best return in their history at this stage of the League. Now it’s the Cup as they continue to go game by game.

2012年11月26日坐镇主场之利的马竞占据优势，第10分钟，菲利佩左路传中，迭戈-科斯塔禁区中路头球攻门，皮球被帕洛普化解。第20分钟，法西奥在禁区推倒法尔考，主裁判向法其奥出示红牌并判给马竞一粒点球，法尔考亲自操刀右脚大力抽射中路打破僵局，1-0！第40分钟，斯帕西奇防守中自摆乌龙，2-0！4分钟后，迭戈-科斯塔送出妙传，科克禁区中路右脚射门，3-0！上半场，马竞主场3-0领先塞维利亚。
易边再战第58分钟，迭戈-科斯塔禁区中路左脚劲射，皮球打在后卫身上弹出。第82分钟，塞维利亚替补席上的卢纳不满裁判判罚被红牌请出替补席。第83分钟，拉基蒂奇防守蒂亚戈时犯规，领到第二场黄牌被罚出场。第88分钟，劳尔-加西亚大禁区外右脚远射，皮球被帕洛普扑出。伤停补时阶段，菲利佩远射，帕洛普飞身挡出，图兰小禁区边缘横传，米兰达近距离右脚捅射锦上添花，4-0！最终，马竞主场4-0大胜9人塞维利亚。
