Suns star Amaré Stoudemire’s arthroscopic surgery evolved into a microfracture procedure on his left knee this morning, according to his manager
文中提到“Suns fans remember how microfracture surgery greatly changed the game of Penny Hardaway”。便士哈达威做完同样的手术后身手大不如前，另外据说麦克戴斯和阿伦.休斯敦也是一样的伤。
虽然都成功返回球场，但都是好汉不提当年勇。。。即使4个月后小S复原，可能也恢复不到以前高举高打的水平了。。。

作者: 楣豆 时间: 2005-10-12 10:37 标题: 微骨折术（Microfracture） 它是骨髓刺激技术中的一种，该技术通过轻柔磨削软骨下骨及邻近病变软骨直达健康部分，然后钻开软骨下骨使缺损区与骨髓腔相通，从而在局部形成血凝块。Rodrigo等〔5〕通过关节镜检评估了采用微骨折术结合术后持续被动活动（continuous passive motion, CPM）的疗效，随访全部77例患者， CPM治疗组仅15%的患者无效，非CPM组则45%的患者无效，两组疗效有统计学意义（P=0.003）。他认为采用软骨修复技术的患者术后使用CPM不仅可加强缺损区的“充填”，还能提高修复组织的质量。
