After the trip to Singapore, Atletico Madrid returned to training in the Cerro del Espino to prepare the final league game of the season at the Calderon against Mallorca.
The rojiblanco’s returned to thier usual workplace in Majadahonda after the trip to Singapore to compete in the Peter Lim Charity Cup
In his first training session in Madrid after winning the copa del Rey on Friday at the Santiago Bernabeu, Diego Pablo Simeone had all the first team players except for Thibaut Courtois who trained in the gym due to a muscle strain that is not serious. Manquillo, Óliver and Saul also participated in the session.
The training, which lasted 60 minutes, was dominated by the players' physical recovery with stretching and warm up for the first half hour. Afterward, the coaching staff put the emphasis on strategy and tactics for Sundays game against Mallorca in the last game of the season at the Vicente Calderon.

The team coached by Diego Pablo Simeone will present the trophy before the start of the meeting as a sign of gratitude to the best fans in the world for their tireless support throughout the season.
Atletico Madrid will offer their fans the Copa del Rey trophy that they won last weekend. It will be offered to the fans just minutes before the start of the game against Real Mallorca, the last home game of the season.
Club Atlético de Madrid ask for the cooperation of all our fans to enter the stadium half an hour before the clash (19:30 hours approx.). The rojiblanco want to thank the best fans in the world for the support shown during the entire season, without which it wouldn’t have been possible to end the campaign with qualification for the Champions League and the tenth Copa del Rey.
