Insúa signs for five years
Argentine left-back, Emiliano Insúa, signed for five years. The Green and Whites new number 48 showed his satisfaction for having taken this step in his career. "I am delighted and can't wait to start training and playing. Sporting is one of the big Portuguese clubs and is recognized for training players. The club is looking to win and win titles. I will give everything for Sporting."
Emiliano Insúa won the world champion under-20 and was called up to Argentina national team by both Sergio Batista and Diego Maradona. The left-back has represented Boca Juniors, Liverpool and Galatasaray and will be presented as a Lion on Saturday at 17.45 in the auditorium Artur Agostinho at the Estadio Jose Alvalade.

歐洲聯賽第一比賽日與瑞士FC的比賽中，開賽4分鐘就頂進一球幫助球隊取得領先，終場里斯本雄獅以2-0完勝主隊。
