奥特加与费内巴切纠纷新进展 一切取决于道姆
A press conference was held at the Club Headquarters today regarding Ariel Ortega`s dispute with the club.Ortega`s and our club`s lawyers spoke at the conference, talking of "nearing a resolution" after CAS`s decision to confirm the fine imposed by FIFA on the Argentine.
Vice-president Mahmut Uslu said Ortega is "still a Fenerbah鏴 player" and added: "Lawyers of both sides came together once again recently. Ortega`s lawyers have made a gesture by releasing the guarantee letters imposed on Ortega.
"As the club we will make an agreement after we`ve recuperated our losses. As Fenerbah鏴 we want Ortega to continue his football career. The FIFA and CAS decisions are the result of the persistant stance took by President Aziz Y?ld?r?m and the Board of Directors as well as the product of our lawyers."
Everyone is wondering whether a comeback is on the cards for Ortega, but Uslu said this is a technical decision that lies with Head Coach Christoph Daum. "He`s contracted with Fenerbah鏴. We can talk to Daum whenever we want, get his opinions and act according to his wishes", said Uslu.
Juan Crespo, Ortega`s lawyer, also pointed out that Ortega is still officially a Fenerbah鏴 player and added: "I sincerely believe we will solve the matter with my Turkish counterparts in the next one or two weeks. Because the Fenerbah鏴 board is willing towards a solution. Firstly, the matter between Ortega and Fenerbah鏴 will be solved. Then a decision will be made on whether Ortega will continue his career here or in another country. I would also like to state that no one else can make a statement from our side except Ortega himself and his lawyers."

今天费内巴切俱乐部高层就与阿列尔 奥特加的纠纷举行了一个新闻发布会。

胡安 克雷斯波，奥特加的律师，也指出奥特加现在仍是费内巴切俱乐部的一员，他说“我认为在最近一两周内，我可以和土耳其的同行们解决一切问题。因为，费内巴切愿意作出改变。首先，奥特加和费内巴切的纠纷会迎刃而解，然后，我们将决定毛驴在这里还是在另一个国家继续他的足球生涯。我还要强调，没有人可以在没有奥特加以及他律师的参与下对此事做出结论”。
